Remote spots usually mean one bar of signal, or none. The Starlink Mini doesn't use phone masts at all, so a field in the Highlands or a cliff top in Cornwall can get speeds faster than many homes.
Is the Starlink Mini right for me?
- You're heading somewhere with little or no phone signal
- You're wild camping or on a remote pitch
- You want to run it off your camper's 12V socket
- There's open sky where you'll set it up
It needs a clear view of the sky, away from trees and buildings. If you'll have phone signal, the 5G Home Router is the simpler choice.
